LeAnn is originally from Pender County and has been a resident of Carolina Beach for the past 22 years. She has a B.S. in Biology and is certified in Business and Technical Communications.
LeAnn specializes in commercial and residential sales on and off the island. Her career has been in the hospitality industry. LeAnn's commercial background includes owning and operating hotels and restaurants as well as other commercial rentals
Community service is important to LeAnn. She currently serves on the Town of Carolina Beach's Planning and Zoning Commission and the New Hanover County Tourism Development Authority. LeAnn is on the lead team for the Carolina Beach Downtown Initiative (formerly the Boardwalk Makeover Committee) and a member of the Island Women.
